**What**you’ll** do**:

- Coordinate, plan, and schedule training activities and resources in accordance with the People Strategy, corporate plans, procedures, and business priorities.
- Organise employee attendance, communications, information, venue, and catering requirements in line with training plans, budget, and competency and safety requirements to optimise learning and value.
- Develop and maintain master schedules for training programs and activities to manage compliance, participation, and completion records within quality and budget requirements.
- Oversee the efficient recording, monitoring, and reporting of employee competency and learning activities in the Learning Management System (LMS) to high quality standards.
- Administer the collection of data and prepare business reports and presentations in relation to learning activities, compliance, expenditure, and recommendations for improvement.
- Regularly review, evaluate, and report on the quality, effectiveness, and suitability of learning programs, and processes in line with the principles of continuous improvement.
- Prepare and maintain training records, procedures, and relevant documentation as per the Information Classification and Handling Standard, and Privacy of Personal Information.

**What we are looking for**:

- Qualifications in Business Administration/Human Resources/Relevant field or experience deemed equivalent
- Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles, vocational education and training environment along with the associated reporting, assessment, and auditing activities.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and learning management systems.
- Extensive experience in planning, coordinating, and scheduling accredited and non-accredited training and assessments, and development programs in a mid-to-large organisation.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks to achieve objectives within agreed timeframes, budget and required standards.
- Ability to deliver high level customer service and manage positive relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven analytical and conceptual skills, including the ability to collect, evaluate, and identify trends, present data, and make appropriate recommendations for improvement.
- Current NSW Driver's Licence
