
Receptionist/administration Assistant with Data Entry Skills

**About the Role**:
This role is the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, requiring someone with a welcoming demeanour and a strong sense of professionalism. In addition to reception and general administrative duties, you will assist with data entry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff in a professional manner
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Assist with data entry including invoicing and payments
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a reception or administration role, preferably in a healthcare or aged care setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience with data entry
