**Responsibilities**:

- Managing and maintaining the Salesforce platform to ensure data integrity and system stability.
- Configuring and customising Salesforce to meet the specific business needs, including workflow automation, user management, and data validation.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across departments to understand their requirements and implement effective solutions within Salesforce.
- Creating and managing reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide valuable insights to our teams.
- Assisting with user training and providing ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption of Salesforce.
- Keeping up-to-date with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry best practices to optimize system performance and enhance user experience.
- Identifying and resolving any issues or inefficiencies within the Salesforce platform.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong understanding of the platform's capabilities and best practices.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customisation, including creating custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into practical solutions within Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator (ADM201), are highly desirable.
