**About the opportunity**:
Tradeflex is seeking a motivated **Contract Compliance Coordinator **to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and analysing performance metrics, providing insights, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Reporting to the General Manager - Cleaning Operations, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a strong relationship with the client representatives as well as supporting the General Manager - Cleaning Operations so that cleaning services are provided in accordance with the commercial and operational requirements of the contract.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Analyse the strategic and operational performance of the contract, providing insights to support planning, delivery, and performance management.
- Draft internal and external correspondence, reports, data analysis, and presentations.
- Interpret data trends and provide solutions to improve performance, ensuring all key performance indicators are effectively measured and communicated.
- Support the General Manager and Operations Managers to align services with contract terms and deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Provide expert advice on performance monitoring, business analysis, and continuous improvement within the contractual framework.
- Ensure data governance, integrity, and reliability in performance analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to analyse performance shortfalls and suggest corrective actions.
- Maintain excellent relationships with client stakeholders, suppliers, and the internal team, promoting continuous service delivery improvement.
**About you**:
- Diploma in Business, Law, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in contract administration or a similar role.
- Solid experience in management reporting, financial and operational data analysis, and processing.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with experience using tools like Power BI, databases, and IT systems
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present reports and insights to senior stakeholders.
- Proficient in planning, executing, and managing complex tasks.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and competing deadlines.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in tracking large-volume reporting and scheduling.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a close-knit team, supporting Tradeflex’s cultural values.
