**Role**:

- The Food Technology Technician is an integral member of the Food Technology Team and is responsible for the operational aspects of the Food Technology wing and overseeing the resourcing, including all food, equipment and other aspects of the learning program.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the ordering of all food and equipment required for the Food Technology learning program
- Take receipt of all deliveries and store accordingly
- Oversee the maintenance and supply of the Food Technology Pantry
- Preparing all the necessary food and equipment for all Food Technology lessons
- Provide support to the teachers and students in the Food Technology lessons
- Cleaning of all spaces, equipment and materials after each Food Technology lesson
- Ensure all equipment is well-maintained, are clean and are safe to use
- Order replacement equipment and materials where needed
- Regularly check all equipment in the Food Technology wing to ensure they are in working order
- Meet regularly with the Food Technology Team
- Liaise with the Domain Leader and School Maintenance Manager of any damages to the spaces or equipment
