Your Role: A Dynamic, On-the-Go OpportunityInstall and maintain cutting-edge IoT monitoring systems across Australia. You'll manage your schedule, travel to diverse client sites and be the face of our brand. Reporting to the Field Resources Manager you will also collaborate closely with our Customer Support team.

Duties

  • Install, commission and maintain temperature monitoring equipment
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Maintain accurate service records and reporting
  • Build strong client relationships during site visits
  • Identify upgrade and sales opportunities

Skills & Experience

  • Current Electrical License (essential)
  • Field service technician experience preferred
  • Electronics or IT background advantageous
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Current driver's license with travel availability
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
