**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute product marketing strategies and plans, including product positioning, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Research and analyse markets, customers, and competitors to determine product positioning and value proposition.
- Partner with research houses to head up research projects to understand product fit with market, deep dive into customer business challenges and how our products will enable solutions. Additionally, lead ongoing competitor intel to inform our positioning and point of differentiation.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure products meet market needs and customer expectations - further, working with them to translate technical content to digestible content for sales teams and customers.
- Build out product architecture with detailed customer challenges and how our products will solve them, identify engaging messaging to encourage action. Working with creative and digital teams to enable them to produce content to reflect messaging.
- Analyse customer feedback and develop strategies to address customer concerns.
- Create product marketing materials, including marketing plans, presentations, and sales collateral such as hosting webinars, creation of product cheat sheets, thought leadership whitepapers and running sales training sessions to upskill on the latest product releases.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to recommend product features and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key media and research house contacts to ensure effective product and brand promotion.
- Track and report on product performance and customer feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of marketing experience in a global product marketing role.
- Proven success in strategically developing and executing successful product marketing strategies tailored to multiple touchpoints in the customer lifecycle.
- Understand and work confidently within complex global organisations preferable.
- Ability to develop lateral, creative solutions to challenging business problems.
- Experience in working with research houses to drive strong relationships and drive favourable outcomes for our organisation.
- Data driven approach to problems and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strategic and commercial thinking style.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with particular attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to adapt, with a positive attitude, to changing requirements and executing with quality and creativity.
- We are a global company, and our head office is in Sydney. This is a global role and there will be a requirement from time to time to attend after-hours global meetings in multiple time zones.
