We’re looking for a **revenue-focused product marketer** who’s obsessed with understanding the product, nailing the positioning, and turning features into **pipeline, adoption, and ARR**. If you live for the **go-to-market launch calendar**, competitor **battlecards**, and **customer messaging that closes deals** — this one’s for you. **What**You’ll** Do** - Own the **positioning and messaging** of our product. That means what we say, how we say it, and why it matters. This will require you to listen to the market, analyse Gong calls to understand those “wow” moments, and effectively position our product in the market to make to resonate with our ICP. - Turn roadmap features into **high-impact** launches** that drive customer adoption and sales velocity. You'll own launch items, and turn them into clear pipeline, activation, and expansion targets. - Create killer sales enablement**:one-pagers, pitch decks, competitive comparisons, FAQs, launch kits**, case studies** — you’ll make sure Sales has what they need to win. - Lead cross-functional GTM launches with **Product, Sales, Marketing, and CS** — and keep everyone aligned on the "why". - Champion the voice of the customer — through win/loss analysis, interviews, and field feedback. - Support pipeline generation with **targeted campaigns, ICP insights, and value-led messaging**. - **Metrics & retros.**Instrument every launch, track ARR impact, and run post-mortems to tighten the loop next time. **You Bring** - 3-5 years in **product marketing for B2B SaaS**, ideally in vertical or complex solutions. - Deep experience in **sales enablement**, **content creation,**launch planning**, and **value proposition development**. - A sharp mind for **positioning and segmentation**. Y**ou know how to say the right thing to the right buyer at the right time. - Messaging policing skills. If someone isn’t saying the right thing to the market, you’ll be all over it. - Strong collaboration skills. You’re confident with product managers, salespeople, and CSMs alike. - The ability to **take ownership**, work fast, and get results with what’s available (no hand-holding here). **This Role IS** - About **clarity, consistency, and execution**,** not fluff. - A core part of our **growth engine**, sitting at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales.
