Program Manager, Responsible Gameplay (1 Year Fixed Term Contract)

**Summary**:
The Program Manager, Responsible Gameplay will take the lead in establishing and administering a program of RG Leadership and Innovation initiatives at Aristocrat. The role will also contribute to the delivery of other key priorities as part of the global RG team, including the development and rollout of expanded training, RG culture and engagement activities.

**What You'll Do**:

- Partnering with colleagues in RG, Corporate Affairs and other teams to determine appropriate governance arrangements and project plans for the relevant leadership and innovation initiatives.
- Effective Project management of these initiatives. Ensure appropriate progress is delivered across all priorities, with regular reporting, stakeholder engagement and issues management as needed.
- Support assessment of additional initiatives over time, ensuring the business has a pipeline of relevant leadership and innovation options.
- Support planning and delivery of various RG training, education and engagement activities as directed.
- Support the RG team and other colleagues in preparing information on leadership and innovation initiatives, including public Sustainability disclosures.
- Other duties as directed, as part of the RG and Corporate Affairs teams.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Experience in the games, entertainment or media industries an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a project or program manager, or an analogous role in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, advocacy, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage a diverse range of people and job functions, build trust and work as part of a small team.
- Ability to manage complex projects and ensure delivery to time, budget and specifications.
- Outstanding organisational skills, with a demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in ESG, community or similar programs would be highly regarded.
- Alignment to Aristocrat’s mission and values; a passion for improving our business and contributing to the community.
- Experience within a complex global business environment with multiple stakeholders.
