**About the business**

The cheese celebration is a family-owned and operated business. We source the most fabulous cheeses and produce from around the world to sell direct to our customers here in the Rozelle. We also operate an online store where we deliver amazing cheese hampers and platters across Sydney. Cheese Celebration has been around more than three and half years with impeccable reputation and track records. We’re currently the highest-rated cheese shop in Sydney. We have built a brand around exceptional products and services. We take care of our customers, team members and suppliers.

**About the role**

Day-to-day tasks that will be required by this role include:

- Provide exceptional customer service (and we mean exceptional).
- Assist with opening and closing the store.
- Cheese and meat cutting and wrapping.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Stock take and merchandising.
- Cleaning and maintenance.

**Hours Available**: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

**What we are looking for**

We are looking for someone that LOVES CHEESE and meets the following criteria:

- Have a passion for food and cooking.
- Knowledge of cheese is not essential but an attitude to learn is a must.
- Available to work Wednesday-Saturday, including some of the public holidays and the Christmas period.
- Must be a people person and team player.
- Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work on your feet in a high paced food service environment all day.
- Be punctual, honest and reliable.
- Able to work on weekends and throughout the Christmas/New Year period.
- Someone who wants to be part of a growing business and make a difference.
- Be over 18 years of age (due to BYO service).
- Must be eligible to work in Australia.
- Relevant past customer service/food service experience

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
