• Mixing, shaping, and baking a range of artisan breads, pastries, and doughs
• Maintaining consistency and quality across all products
• Working closely with our kitchen and retail teams to meet daily production needs
• Managing stock rotation, ingredient prep, and ensuring a clean, safe workspace
• Bringing ideas, creativity, and a sense of pride to everything you bake

• Previous experience as a baker or pastry chef (artisan or commercial background welcome)
