**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Mixing, shaping, and baking a range of artisan breads, pastries, and doughs
- Maintaining consistency and quality across all products
- Working closely with our kitchen and retail teams to meet daily production needs
- Managing stock rotation, ingredient prep, and ensuring a clean, safe workspace
- Bringing ideas, creativity, and a sense of pride to everything you bake

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience as a baker or pastry chef (artisan or commercial background welcome)
- A passion for quality ingredients, precision, and traditional techniques
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small, dynamic team
