**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations of the pizza shop, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain a high standard of service.
- Assist in pizza preparation and cooking, ensuring quality and consistency in every order.
- Maintain inventory control and oversee ordering of supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
- Support management in financial tasks, including cash handling and reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a food service environment; supervisory experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of pizza preparation techniques and food safety practices is preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
