Ballarat, Australia Central Machinery Services Full time

Central Machinery Services, Ballarat’s leading farm machinery dealership and service centre, is currently looking for an additional Service Administrator.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Excellent planning and organising skills
- Proactive attitude
- Great people skills
- Prioritisation and reprioritisation skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent time management skills
- Team player
- High level computer skills, Microsoft Office suite of products

**Preferred Criteria**:

- Current manual drivers’ licence

**Key Tasks for the Workplace**:

- Adhere to workplace health and safety policies and proactively contribute in maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Display a positive attitude and be an active member of the team
- Treat others with respect
- Follow direction provided by senior members of the team, where authorised

**Key Tasks for the Job****:

- Book Repair Order (RO’s), request parts, notify customers of time frame and rough expenses
- Up sell labour, parts, sales for any extra work possible
- Customer relations including booking enquiries future service follow ups
- Customer updates on progress and attempt to quote extra work if needed
- Make contact with customers regarding upcoming machinery servicing, ongoing works, booking and deliveries
- Recording customer satisfaction on CRM (Customer Relationship Merge) software after service follow-ups
