What You'll Do

  • Greet customers, listen well, and explain repairs in plain language
  • Quote accurately, get approvals, and follow up to build trust
  • Present recommended work with confidence — no pushy sales tactics
  • Track your KPIs and take pride in hitting them
  • Keep the day flowing — schedule jobs, manage job cards, and coordinate with techs
  • Document everything properly — no gaps, no guesswork
  • Handle issues calmly, aiming for a win–win
  • Show up polished, positive, and ready to raise the bar
  • Always be learning — in sales, systems, and technical understanding
