Established in the 1970s from humble beginnings, Pace Farm Pty Ltd has enjoyed unprecedented growth to become one of the largest egg producers in Australia with over 20 sites throughout NSW and inter-state and a temporary and permanent Headcount of over 400 employees.

**About the Role**

This newly created position will report to the Chief Finance Officer and support the Executive team with the objective of developing robust Human Resources Management and Systems and help this growing organisation on its journey of transformation.

The remit for this role includes all aspects of strategic Human Resource management and workforce planning to achieve organisational goals, including performance leadership, recruitment and talent management, training and development, remuneration and benefits and the development of a high performing, values led culture. Specific duties include:

- Lead organisational design, review, and change management to improve business effectiveness and performance while ensuring legislative compliance.
- Industrial relations and employee relations strategy development and service delivery, including oversight of Enterprise Agreements and their renewal.
- Oversee the management of the payroll and onboarding function.
- Lead the Workplace Health and Safety strategy, including the development and assurance of the Safety Management System to ensure legislative compliance and risk mitigation along with injury management and WorkCover.
- Manage and lead the delivery of a range of Human Resources projects and ‘best practice’ strategies including cultural change and staff engagement; performance management; recruitment and retention and digital transformation.

**About You**

This position represents an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR Leader to build and create a Human Resources function and deliver the transformation agenda. To truly succeed in this position, significant experience in leading Human Resource Management within an FMCG or Manufacturing environment is essential, as is significant demonstrable capability in leading cultural change and transformation. Your interpersonal skills must be superb with a natural ability to engage and forge relationships of trust with all stakeholders to effectively execute organisation-wide transformation. Exposure to the agricultural industry and/or project delivery experience (such as HR Systems Vendor Selection) is also well regarded.
