- Be responsible for induction & training of new staff
- Be the front line to all client/key stakeholder queries
- Improve efficiencies with current softwares
- Improve knowledge & education around NDIS queries
- Work closely with the therapy staff & team leaders to ensure service delivery to clients is optimal
- Answer inbound calls & offer high-end customer service
- Operate the companys booking system
- Manage query stage enquiries, initial appointments, interpreters, NDIS paperwork & all other client management
- Liaise with clients, their families, & key stakeholders for those living with disability
- Work with Microsoft Office 365 & other Connect2Care software

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Administration (desirable)
- Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (or valid exemption)
- Police Check & International Police Check (only applicable to individuals who have lived overseas)
- High IT literacy with experience in Microsoft Office 365
