Working on behalf of a well-known transport and Logistics brand which builds unique, innovative, and tailored transport and logistics solutions across an unrivalled and expansive network throughout Australia and New Zealand, you will be a part of their journey as they enter into a new and exciting chapter.

Our client is bringing their Shared Services department onshore to Australia to bring them closer to their customers to enable an exceptional customer experience. Be part of a new team that will deliver a new customer-first experience

We're looking for Customer Support Consultants to represent our Client. Based in our offices in Caulfield North - Close to public transport and off-street parking

We’ll provide all the training you’ll need and with the scale of our business, you'll find plenty of opportunities to develop and grow your career with us.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound and outbound calls with customers, with the objective of assisting the customers with any queries they might have as well as resolve their outstanding balance
Assist with resolving disputes, claims and payments
Provide accurate and timely responses and outcomes
Documenting all information on customer interaction according to standard operating procedures
Ensuring consistent performance based on a continuous improvement model

Skills & Experience

Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to communicate with and relate to a wide range of people
Customer service and administration experience desirable
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team to achieve mutual goals
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure
