**The Role**

Our Resident Experience Team Members are the welcoming face and helping hand of our Essence Communities team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our front desk and administration office. You will be naturally helpful, warm and welcoming, and willing to go the extra mile to assist your team, our residents, visitors and clients with enquiries related to their residency, general needs, lifestyle and local area.

This role offers a diverse range of tasks including assisting with leasing functions and ongoing property management of units, as well as maximising leasing opportunities. You will hold a current agent’s representative qualification or be willing to obtain within your first 6 months of employment - we are happy to assist you with this
