We are on the search for an experienced **Service Coordinator** to support our New Equipment Workshop team at our **Laverton** branch.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Working directly with the Service Supervisor and Team Leader, you will manage the daily work order activities for our customers from commencement to completion. You will play an integral role in ensuring we deliver new machines to our loyal customers within the agreed timeframes.

**Your typical day will include**:

- Booking and scheduling work in progress
- Providing clear, accurate and timely information for new machine build ups
- Managing invoices to ensure pricing and product/machine details are clear
- Effectively liaising with other departments to deliver effective solutions

**ABOUT YOU**

You enjoy front line positions or are ready to come of the tools and step into one, where you can use your mechanical trade knowledge. You are a strong collaborator who take's a proactive and helpful approach to all tasks.

**You will ideally possess the following skills, experience and attributes**:

- Excellent verbal communication and rapport-building skills
- The drive and passion to deliver first class customer service
- Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Office suite
- Experience providing an empathetic approach with a calm disposition
- Must have strong time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Possess a strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures

**Desirable requirements**:

- Qualified Diesel Mechanic (or an automotive trade background)
- Operational experience within heavy machinery industry
- Experience working with Cat equipment and systems
