Velocity Truck Centre is seeking a dedicated Customer **Service Advisor** to join our team at **Daimler Trucks Laverton** to ensure our customers receive exceptional support.

**About The Role**:

- Deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Manage service and repair booking inquiries efficiently
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships with fleets of all sizes
- Identify and document any additional service requirements
- Coordinate with workshop controllers to ensure timely completion of all work.
