**About the Role**:
The Deputy Principal role will focus on the early years (P-2), working as part of the leadership team to lead teaching and learning and enact the school improvement agenda. Capacity to lead and manage large teaching and non-teaching teams, for strong whole school alignment is essential. Deep knowledge of the Australian Curriculum and familiarity with high yield pedagogy, including Curiosity and Powerful Learning theories of action, is desired.

**As the Deputy Principal, you will**:

- improve the educational outcomes of students in their schools
- develop the quality of teaching and learning
- nurture positive relationships between students, teachers, the community and stakeholders.

The Deputy Principal reports to the school Principal.
