About the Role

As the Deputy Principal and member of the senior leadership team, you will:

  • Lead attendance strategies, work collaboratively with staff and families, and contribute to a strong, inclusive school culture.
  • Play an active role in driving strategic direction and fostering continuous improvement at Earnshaw State College.
