**About the role**:
As our registered Migration Agent and specialist you'll work with a broad mix of visa and migration matters with the ability to manage files from start to finish. This role can be fully remote or partially remote - lets talk

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively manage and retain employees working with Uniting on Visa's
- Help influence a major part of Uniting's workforce planning strategy through attention and attraction.
- Liaise with the Dept. of Home Affairs
- Set up in house systems and processes to efficiently and effectively manage Visa's

**About you**:

- You are a registered Migration Agent (MARA with valid registration number)
- Demonstrated experience of 3-5 years in this field
- Strong knowledge of Australian Immigration legislation and current employment legislation
- Possess broad knowledge across various visa subclasses
- You are systematic, thorough, accurate and disciplined
- Can work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Have knowledge and understanding of HR organisational policies and practices
