**The Role**
As the Payroll Specialist, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Work closely with the CFO and HR in the implementation of Employment Hero
- Payroll processing
- Ensure accurate payroll transactions and payments
- Complying with relevant awards and legislation
- Ad Hoc duties as required
**Your Background**
To be considered for this Payroll Specialist position, ideally you will meet some of the following criteria:
- End-to-end payroll experience for a minimum of 3+ years
- Experience in participating in or managing a system upgrade or implementation
- Experience using **Employment Hero**:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid communication skills as you will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders
