About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality People & Culture services, with a focus on employee relations and workforce initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to employee service queries and managing support requests via the ticketing system
  • Assisting with employee services such as onboarding, document requests, employment forms, and data updates
  • Supporting payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintaining accurate employee data and ensuring compliance with enterprise agreements and legislation
