**About the role**:

- Dealing with customer orders, ensuring pricing and part numbers are correct
- Using Point of Sale (POS) Systems
- Updating and ensuring accuracy of all Monthly spreadsheets
- Resolving all accounts receivable issues and disputes
- Raise all required credit notes
- Deal with Warranty Returns and dispatch of replacements
- Run Month end reports as required
- Assist the other members of the products team when required
- Ensure customer orders intake within 24 working hours
- Provide excellent customer service

**About you**:

- Administration experience in a similar role
- Customer service skills (Strong service orientation)
- Accurate accounting
- Team oriented approach
- Proficient MS Office Skills - but skilled in Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and teamwork ability
- Professionalism and pro-activeness
- Excellent time management and work prioritization skills
- Relationship management with both employees and customers
- Ability to multi task and meet deadlines
- Self motivated and proactive
