**About the Role**

Based in BYD's warehouse in Melbourne, this role will support our Passenger Vehicle Aftersales Operations Team, reporting to Senior Parts Specialist. On offer is a Warehouse Coordinator position and your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching auto parts.
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Accurately record all stock movements and transactions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with procurement, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle product discrepancies, damages, and returns in accordance with company procedures.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and investigate variances.
- Ensure workplace safety standards and compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

**Qualifications & Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above; qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or automotive fields are highly regarded.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in warehouse or logistics coordination; experience with automotive parts is an advantage.
- Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Forklift license or knowledge of warehouse equipment operation is a plus.
