**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent part time Customer Service Officer to join our

and enjoy interacting with community members of different ages and cultures. You will work cohesively

as part of a team, building relationships, sharing knowledge and skills and participate in the delivery of library programs and activities.

**What you will be doing**:

- Deliver the full range of Council and Library services through Council's libraries
- Resolve face to face and phone enquiries
- Assist in the delivery of programs and activities
- Work at any of Council’s libraries as rostered including evenings and weekends

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will have:

- HSC or equivalent
- Class C Drivers Licence
- Working with Children Check
- Experience in a high volume, fast paced customer service environment
- Experience in dealing with challenging customer interactions

**Position details**:
Permanent part time 14 hours per week as rostered, Thursday 3.5 hrs, Friday 7 hrs and Saturday 9.45am - 1.15pm. S1127, Salary: From $34.97 per hour + Superannuation + Performance Bonus (up to 2% annual salary) + organisational bonus (up to $2K) + Aquatic and Fitness membership discounts
