Osborne Park, Australia West Winds Distillers Full time

Our business is looking for a permanent, Full Time/Part Time Accounts Officer with a proactive nature, who will enjoy a fast paced, ever-changing environment. Flexible hours will be considered for the right applicant.

**The role**:

- All finance related tasks, encompassing AR/AP, reconciliations and general ledger upkeep
- Process orders/sales
- Stock dispatch and tracking
- Sales rebates collation, checking and payment
- Payroll
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes as needed

**About you and your skills and qualifications**:

- Demonstrated finance experience in systems and processes
- Business, Commerce or Accounting Qualification preferred (not essential)
- Detail Oriented, Analytical thinker able to propose process enhancements
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent organisation, planning, time management and communication skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to have fun, contribute and be part of an outgoing team
