The day to day duties will include entering of invoices, reconciliations, liaison with site; ensure accurate and timely payment of suppliers and supplier queries. - Matching all invoices to the purchase orders before processing, resolving any queries with the support of purchasing and site personnel, and completing the necessary creditor reconciliations. - Completing the weekly EFT run, resolving any queries initiated from the signatories payment approvers and sending remittance advices to suppliers - Resolving all creditor/invoice queries for MinRes - Processing the prompt EFT payments - Responsible for the processing of all accounts which cover the company as a whole, including but not limited to, telephone accounts, electricity accounts, motor vehicle registrations and employee expense claims - Miscellaneous other administrative duties. - Complete ad-hoc projects as requested by the accountant. **About you** - Previous accounts payable experience, ideally in a problem solving environment - Excellent attention to detail and a basic understanding of accounting principles - Advance understanding of Pronto accounting software - Strong MS office skills - Self-Motivated, able to work autonomously - Strong attention to detail - A positive team player who enjoys working in a supportive and dedicated team **What we offer** We offer a range of benefits to our employees including: - Competitive salary - Quarterly bonuses - Access to "MyShare" MinRes Share Plan - Employee discounts and offers - Physical and mental health programs - Salary packaging We have moved to state-of-the-art new offices in Osborne Park which feature leading edge office fit-out and technology, a gym, café, and restaurant and have easy access to public transport - join us for this exciting development Mineral Resources Limited is a proud Equal Opportunity Employer, and we encourage applicants who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander to apply.
