The Office for Research (OfR) oversees all aspects of clinical research across all specialties at Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH), while providing leadership, support, advocacy and advice for researchers and research projects. Clinical research is increasingly complex and underpinned by risk assessment, systems and mitigation to facilitate all aspects of research operations. The OfR team enjoys a collaborative and inclusive working environment.**Your new role**:

- Support the OfR in meeting our regulatory obligations as per the RMH research strategy and global requirements for the conduct of clinical research
- Assist in all aspects of OfR operations through documented procedures
- Provides oversight of metric reporting and compliance with approved procedures at the Department and hospital level
- Maintain and continuously improve the OfR QMS in conjunction with the RMH Quality unit

**Do you have experience in**:

- The development and management of Quality Management Systems for clinical research?
- Compliance reporting, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and Quality Assurance processes?conducting or supporting audits and inspections? (Pharmaceutical or Biotech sector experience will be well regarded)
- Meeting the expectations of sector stakeholders and the associated standards?
