Job Description Summary

Service Stream’s Utilities division are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to join our Advanced Metering team.

Service Stream’s Utilities division are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to join our Advanced Metering team.

Nature of position: Permanent, full-time

Location: Collins Street Melbourne, VIC

Reporting line: Contract Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

In this role you would be responsible for the ongoing auditing and reporting of processes within the Advanced Metering team - ensuring the framework is being complied with, measured, verified and continually improved and communicating the overall performance and planned improvements.

You would also be responsible for
- Conducting desktop audits on digital electricity meter installations.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and financial framework.
- Analysing findings to identify trends/patterns of non-conformances.
- Liaising with the Field Supervisor and Field Services.
- Communicating trends and appropriate actions.
- Reporting and data analysis.
- Contribution to toolbox meetings.
- Identifying and initiating continuous improvement opportunities.
