**Hours**: 38 per week

**Primary purpose of the role**:
Develop and execute communications plans and content that support a new service offering of the Dust Diseases Care Health Screening Clinic. The role will work closely with members of the project working group, Communications and Change team members to help ensure strategic messaging and channel alignment.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Create, implement and manage a plan of communications activities that support successful delivery and implementation of a strategically important project.
- Develop and manage change plans to maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance to change, in partnership with change managers, project teams and business stakeholders.
- Develop communication collateral and messages to defined target audiences both internal and external
- Include a plan for stakeholder engagement and develop required supporting assets
- Collaborate with communications peers to ensure strategies and messaging is consistent with the business's communication strategies.
- Develop and deliver messaging using a variety of tools, tactics and channels, including website and intranet content, video, events, newsletters, FAQs, presentations, briefs and talking points.
- Audit and review existing website content and work with SMEs to develop new content representative of the new service
- Implement appropriate measurement and reporting to track engagement and impact of communication plans, tactics and channels and use insights to continually improve.

**Essential requirements**:

- Tertiary level qualifications (at degree level) in communications, business or a related discipline, or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through practical experience.
- 5+years experience developing and delivering communications strategies.
- Strong change communications experience.
- Strong project management experience.
- Pre-employment checks.

**Typical experience**:

- Demonstrated experience developing communications strategies and products.
- Experience working with a variety of stakeholders ranging in from front line staff to executives.
