Change Manager - FTC 12m - large digital transformation
Your new company
A large Higher Education institution is looking for a Change Manager to deliver and implement a large digital work planning tool across this large institution. The new platform will define and improve how staff manage their academic time. This is a FTC role for 12m.
In your new role
As Change Manager you will support all end-to-end change management activities. You will develop and implement a change management strategy based on the details of the change and the identified impact on the groups being affected by the change. Continuously monitor change readiness in business and develop relevant interventions. Develop an actionable and targeted change management plan, including an engagement and communication plan, and training plan. You will provide communication support, including the development of communication plans and materials, to the project and project sponsor Change and Project teams.

In return you will get a FTC of 12m paying up to $171,990 package and the opportunity to work on a high profile education project. The role is based in CBD (next to central station) and has a hybrid working model.
