As a Service Line Specialist, you will leverage your domain expertise to drive business growth, optimise service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. You will also develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. In this role, you'll need to be a strategic thinker who can translate business needs into actionable solutions, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

In your first few weeks in this Service Line Specialist role, you can expect to:

- Lead the development and implementation of service line strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
- Oversee the optimisation of service delivery processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Provide domain expertise in Sales Service and Marketing to support various business initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs and opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- 12 to 16 years of experience in Sales Service and Marketing
- Possess a deep understanding of Sales Service and Marketing domains with a proven track record of success
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders effectively
- Be proficient in using technology and tools to support service delivery and business operations
- Have a strategic mindset with the ability to translate business.
