Labour Solutions Australia (LSA) is a national labour hire and sourcing specialist company. We provide a quality workforce solution to various clients and industries across Australia.

Our client is a large constructor with upcoming Transmission Line construction projects in Australia

We are looking for a number of qualified Transmission Line Workers for long terms roles throughout the country.

These roles will see you performing tasks such as
- Installing conductors and aerial equipment, and underground cables and equipment
- Installing and maintaining equipment associated with electrical supply such as transformers
- Attending to electrical breakdown and emergencies
- Maintaining poles and associated hardware, and continuity of electrical supply and street lighting
- Conducting routine maintenance on the aerial and underground electricity supply network
- Conducting low-voltage switching operations
- Fitting pole hardware and crossarms
- Preparing low
- and high-voltage cable joints and cable terminations while connecting and installing electrical equipment and overhead lines
- Using heavy plant equipment such as elevated work platforms and portable equipment such as hydraulic drills
- May undertake substation installation and maintenance, and specialised testing and revenue meter installation
- A strong commitment to working safely with your team
- A Cert III In transmission lines being:

- AQF Certificate IV
- Or a AQF Certificate III with 2+ years of experience
- High risk licences including intermediate / Advanced rigging
- Australian work rights

We are offering long term roles on a FIFO, DIDO basis.

Pay rates are commensurate on experience and qualifications and range from

$35 to 55 per hour plus true time calculations on overtime and other allowances such as tool.

**Salary**: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
