We are currently seeking an Operations Coordinator, based in Burswood. The role will involve working with multiple recruitment teams across WA, VIC and SA in order to support them with their administrative tasks.

We are currently seeking an Operations Coordinator, based in Burswood. The role will involve working with multiple recruitment teams across WA, VIC and SA in order to support them with their administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:
- Conduct data entry into company systems, and review and verify the information to ensure the business is compliant
- Prepare scheduled and adhoc reports as requested, on time
- Encourage continuous improvement by recommending new process and improvements on existing procedures
- Ensure and maintain all documents and records in the relevant system in a timely and accurate manner and ensure confidentiality is maintained for sensitive documents.
- Help manage internal stakeholder relationships by carrying out simple procedural tasks.
- Manage office supplies (stationary, food orders, ICT orders)
- Supporting the branches in organising events (external and internal)
- Booking medicals, ordering PPE and organising police checks
- Assisting with employee expense claims
- Assisting with new internal employee onboarding
- Creating and receipting Purchase Orders within the internal systems
**Required experience**:
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and time management skills
- The ability to follow and understand different processes
- Intermediate computer skills
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience within an administrative role
