**The Role**

The Operations Coordinator schedules all insultation and brick hardware jobs across Perth and the South West. This role supports internal teams and ensures excellent customer service

Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited too:

- Liaise with installers, builders and site managers to confirm bookings and resolve enquiries
- Review installer invoices for accuracy before submission to accounts
- Enter and manage job details in ABN software systems
- Estimate insulation jobs and issue orders to suppliers and installers
- Support warehouse operations including deliveries, stock ordering and stocktakes
- Maintain strong customer service by responding promptly to client queries and service issues
- Manage incoming deliveries and fleet vehicle movements at the Howe Street warehouse

- Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
