I am on the lookout for a seasoned Practice Manager with a robust background in healthcare to join my clients flagship clinic situated in the heart of Brisbane CBD, QLD. This is a fulltime position, at 38 hours per week, with some flexibility to accommodate operational needs.
As a key player in this role, you will not only contribute to the clinic's growth but also spearhead its day-to-day operations.

**Your responsibilities**

Reporting directly to the State Manager, you primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless daily operations of this large and diverse practice. Some of your key tasks are:

- Coordinating and liaising with a team of clinicians
- Managing and providing support to the administration and clinic team members
- Overseeing accounts, budgets, finance management, and information technology
- Handling human resources responsibilities, including training, mentoring, rostering, and managing administration and nursing staff
- Delivering exceptional levels of assistance and communication to valued patients
- Driving business development and promoting the clinic, with a specific focus on Occupational Health services

- You are an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident, able to undertake a successful Police Check.
