Our client is committed to a culture that respects and promotes human rights, inclusion and diversity, where people feel respected, valued and engaged. We are currently recruiting for an AO8 Manager to join their team for a period of 2 months with a possible extension.

**Your new role**
- Administer leadership to the business support team, Finance and HR, by guiding the creation, execution, and evaluation of systems and processes to ensure the smooth operation of administration in the organisation.
- Promote team engagement by strategising and overseeing the team’s duties, including cultivating a professional atmosphere to stimulate dedication, ethical conduct, staff wellbeing, skill enhancement, professional advancement, and ongoing refinement.
- Guarantee proactive management of resources such as financial, human, and assets in line with statutory obligations, compliance and audit policies, onboarding, government priorities, and departmental policies and procedures.
- Direct the upkeep and ongoing enhancement of the Financial Management Practice Manual and related financial management and accounting policies and guidelines, in relation to the internal control framework.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in a similar role is essential.

**What you'll get in return**
- 2-month assignment supported by Hays Recruitment with possible extension.
- AO8 $88.39 p/h + Super.
- Brisbane CBD based.
