Our client is seeking an **ERP Platform Technology Services Manager** who will be responsible for setting vision, objectives, technical standards, behaviours, and ways of working to create a high-performance technical group. Also, to ensure the SAP systems operate reliably and efficiently in a secure environment compliant to SAP best practice, privacy, segregation of duties practice and QAO guidelines.

**Primary skills of the role include**:

- Demonstrated evidence of capabilities in organisation's Leadership Blueprint to deliver performance excellence and a values-based culture.
- Highly developed verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills. Proven experience in building strong working relationships with all levels of seniority.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and management skills - understanding how others think and act -to smoothly deliver outcomes through strong business, team and supplier partnerships.
- Creates competitive and breakthrough plans for innovation; generates an attitude of enthusiastic expectancy in others regarding change and challenge.
- Demonstrated significant experience working in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environments across technical, ICT architecture and/or service management roles using ITIL & Agile/DevOps Practices.
- Demonstrated significant experience managing SAP teams for technical support and development services, architecture, integration, security and Service Management services.

**Desirable**:

- Demonstrated significant experience developing integrated, business-requirement-aligned strategic architecture roadmaps across SAP and integrated solutions platforms.
- Training and certifications in one or more of the following: SAP Access and Security, ABAP Development, Project and/or Program Management, ITIL, Contract Management.
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Management or Engineering
