12 Month Contract-Test Manager

**Your new role**
- Effective leadership, with the ability to work, report and lead in an environment of ambiguity and change
- Ability to create and implement overarching test strategies for projects/programs, covering the entire testing lifecycle, and including different aspects of functional and non-functional testing
- Creation of test plans according to project methodology (waterfall, agile, hybrid) and according to the objective of the project
- Preparation of testing estimates, including identifying resource requirements, to inform project planning and allocation of personnel
- Experience working collaboratively with the testing community of practice to establish best practice methods and techniques, and consult on selection of testing products and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and engage effectively with various stakeholders

**What you'll need to succeed**
- ISTQB Test Manager qualified
- 10 years working in test management and delivery
- 2 years track record in managing high performing test teams
- Strong hands on experience is essential
- Demonstrated risk management knowledge
- Experience across data pipeline, web, api, mobile & cloud (AWS or Azure) solution testing
- Experience in Agile methodology and environments
- Advanced verbal and written communication
- Expert stakeholder management skills
- A passion for world class test delivery
- Baseline clearance at the minimum or ability to secure one.
- Prior Government experience would be beneficial
