**About the role**:

- Supporting corporate functions including HR, property and finance
- Supporting and supervising the reception and customer service functions
- Managing and dealing with any escalated client or customer queries or concerns
- Recruitment, onboarding and induction for all new staff members
- Quality, compliance and audit duties
- Data analysis and compiling associated reports
- Project and process improvement
- Workload and workflow allocation
- Staff supervision and team leadership

**About you**:

- You will have previous experience working in a health/allied health/medical/mental health or psychology practice environment
- You will have previous experience working in a supervisory/team leader capacity
- You will have strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- You will have previous experience working with data, and have high attention to detail
- You will have intermediate to advanced IT skills

**Benefits**:

- 12-month temporary assignment (potential for further extension)

- $50-55 per hour + super
