**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Support the governance, prioritisation and execution of the NAB Assist / NAB Care change portfolio.
- Monitor the intake process for internally driven change initiatives and review Opportunity Canvas submissions for triage by working with submitters and enablement leads to assess submission quality, alignment to prioritisation drivers and size enablement and technology effort requirements.
- Conduct change portfolio maintenance by validating initiative status, risks, and data accuracy across GRACE and SharePoint trackers with Business Delivery consultants, with the objective to escalate delivery risks, resourcing gaps, or RAG status changes to the Portfolio Manager with recommended actions.
- Support the change management delivery of specific initiatives within the portfolio occasionally. Assist in preparing materials for change governance forums, capture minutes and actions, and track follow-ups.**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- End to end Change/delivery management experience gained on medium to large scale business improvements &/ technology programs.
- Experience supporting change governance, portfolio tracking, or prioritisation in a large, complex organisation.
- A history of working in the Banking & Financial services industries
- Portfolio management experience
- Strong communication and influencing skills, as well as senior stakeholder management experience with the ability to surface delivery risks and facilitate escalation.
- Collections & Hardship experience good to have
