Key Tasks
- Build pipeline of opportunities with Regional Siemens teams for Ecodomus Digital TWIN and CDE offering
- Help Drive these opportunities with Siemens and Partners end-to-end, from lead generation to close, winning 1st deployments and expansion deals to grow the share of wallet.
- Develop a strategy to grow market share, based on a an “addressable market” that you will create and maintain
- Develop account strategies and drive execution of account plans for strategic targets. Creation of prioritized account list.
- Support sales efforts to win large projects that include Digital TWIN, BIM and Asset Lifecycle portfolio, across all channels (support RSS and large VAPs)
- Maximise customer impact through Value-based & challenger mindset and close collaboration with Customer Success and delivery teams
- Thought leadership, educating the market of the value & concepts (less about direct product offering) internally and externally.
- Address customers with a consultative selling approach with CxO decision makers to transform opportunities into success stories

Competencies
- Experience of Digital TWIN in Enterprise teams, multi-stakeholder pro-active selling, including fundamentals of Sales / diagnostic selling approach. SaaS Solution and Enterprise Solution Architecture Understanding.
- End to end pipeline management and support from deal development to close and upsells, in a multi-national sales environments.
- Identifying and developing customer value - translating functionality into value propositions and positive business outcomes for customers
- Customer Success Management experience, managing and upselling large Enterprise accounts, would be relevant and valuable
- Digitalization fundamentals, cloud basics & Digital TWIN knowledge/experience. Experience in Ecodomus preferable.
- Fluent working competency in English and local language
- Excellent communication skills to deliver compelling executive messaging
- Passion for change, business transformation & digitalization.
