**About the Role**

Reporting to the Justice & Immigration General Manager Professional Standards and Integrity you will proactively support Professional Standards & Integrity Justice & Immigration Team by conducting best practice and accountable professional standards/integrity investigations in relation to incidents, complaints and allegations of serious misconduct affecting employees working at our Justice & Immigration locations.

You will undertake end to end professional standards/ integrity investigations, some of which may be more serious and/or complex, relating to incidents, complaints and allegations that a Justice & Immigration employee is/has been involved in serious misconduct. You will have the ability to ensure that investigations are completed in a timely manner, using best practice investigation methods.

**About You**

You will be a skilled and experienced professional in the delivery of high-quality investigation reporting, compliance review and integrity of standards, providing recommendations to the business for actions to mitigate risk.
- To be successful in this role, you will have:_
- Ability to promote a culture of high integrity across all levels of the business
- Diploma in Investigations or equivalent (desirable but not essential), or ability to demonstrate comparable professional experience
- Experience in review, investigation and compliance activities within the corrections, Immigration Detention Network, law enforcement, Defence, Insurance Invetigation, Loss Prevention or Intelligence background
- Proven experience in high level and sophisticated investigations, including interviewing and report writing
- Proactive focus on continual improvement environment in a practical operational environment
- Ability to travel monthly throughout our locations in Australia

This is a position of trust and responsibility and to support this we will conduct a thorough probity assessment, which includes national police check as an essential selection component for this role.
