**About the Role**

Reporting to the Justice & Immigration General Manager Professional Standards and Integrity, you will support the J&I Professional Standards & Integrity Team by recording, manage and respond to detainee or inmate/prisoner complaints, as well as inquiries from all relative external agencies referred to Serco by the Department of Home Affairs, Australian Border Force (ABF), and all Justice contracts. You will be required to accurately record and managing all referrals made through the internal SpeakUp process impacting J&I.

You will review investigations and develop training needs to deliver corruption prevention and education workshops and activities.

**About You**

You will be a professional and well-regarded integrity and complaints resolution manager, with significant experience in reviews, investigations, compliance and the communication of sensitive information.
- To be successful in this role, you will have:_
- Ability to promote a culture of high integrity across all levels of the business
- Certificate IV in Investigations or equivalent (desirable), or ability to demonstrate comparable professional experience
- Significant leadership exposure of external inquiry and complaints management processes and resolution
- Experience in review, investigation and compliance related activities
- Well developed analytical skills
- Well developed Written and oral communication skills
- Experience in Developing Training Initiatives and execution
- Capacity to travel at our Immigration and Justice Contract Sites throughout Australia
- This is a position of trust and responsibility and to support this we will conduct a thorough probity assessment, which includes national police check as an essential selection component for this role._
