**About the role

Provide the Director of Nursing and The Prince Charles Hospital (TPCH) Executive Office with high-level confidential and administrative support, including the organisation and management of matters referred to the Director of Nursing for resolution. This role will manage and coordinate the daily schedule of the Director of Nursing, facilitating a customer focused, high quality, and efficient service to achieve an optimal level of performance in a demanding executive environment. Liaison is required with a range of high-level key stakeholders within TPCH, the Department of Health, and across Metro North Health.

About you

Maintain an effective records management system and manage computerised databases and ensure work practices align with Queensland Health Records Management Policy Standards and Procedures
Assist to coordinate projects and tasks as directed by the Director of Nursing requiring a high level of bespoke problem solving, preparation of briefings and reports to a professional standard.
Work as a team member to assist in ensuring the efficient running of the Executive office
When required provide support for the TPCH Executive Reception and participate as a professional team member within the TPCH Executive Administration
