**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Liaise with customers throughout the development approval process to update them on submissions
- Provide a high standard of customer support by answering queries and resolving any concerns
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as councils, surveyors, conveyancers, service providers etc to
- Ensure all approval milestones are achieved
- Update and maintain all documentation for each build
- Complete required tasks and keep notes updated regularly within our workflow management software
- Process variations and relevant documentation
- Provide general administration support to the Workflow Manager as required

- Understanding of the building and construction industry and planning processes
- Effective written and verbal communication

- Ability to interact with a diverse range of people and build positive relationships
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A passion for learning and personal development
- Adapt quickly maintaining effectiveness in different situations
